Terms of Use

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SCUS TECHNOLOGY LLC (“SCUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Using the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining the devices, software, network access, and permissions needed to use the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change is practical, but we are not required to maintain any feature, content, or availability level.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the Services under applicable law. If you are using a Service as a minor, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms where required. Do not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.

Our content and intellectual property

The Services, including their software, designs, audiovisual elements, text, logos, graphics, game mechanics, and all associated intellectual-property rights, are owned by or licensed to SCUS and are protected by applicable law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SCUS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services unless we give you prior written permission or applicable law permits it despite this restriction.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

  • break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, systems, accounts, or networks;
  • use bots, scrapers, cheats, automation, or other unauthorized tools to access or manipulate the Services;
  • remove notices or bypass security, access controls, or technical limits;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute harmful code, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; or
  • use the Services in a way that could harm SCUS, our partners, or other users.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant SCUS a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and otherwise use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. This does not affect rights you may have in your personal information under our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and purchases

Third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. SCUS is not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, or practices. If a Service offers an in-app purchase, subscription, or other transaction through an app store or payment platform, that transaction is handled by the relevant provider and may be subject to its terms, billing rules, and refund policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SCUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCUS AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCUS and its members, officers, employees, partners, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Changes and governing terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another venue.
